IVA USA Expanded the Global IVA Insulations Network in North America

IVA Insulations expanded its global network with the addition of IVA USA in Fort Wayne, Indiana, following the rebrand of Essex Solutions’ chemical processing operation. The transition brought established North American manufacturing capabilities into the IVA Insulations network alongside operations in France and China, strengthening expertise in polymer chemistry, materials engineering, and technical development.

The addition of IVA USA responded to growing demand for regional material availability as manufacturers expanded production into North America. With local manufacturing support, IVA Insulations can help customers maintain consistency, performance, and supply continuity across global programs.

IVA USA works with teams across the network to identify common material requirements, align offerings where appropriate, and support greater standardization. This coordinated approach can simplify qualification, reduce unnecessary variation, and help engineering and procurement teams establish more consistent specifications across regions.

The Fort Wayne operation also provides the production capacity needed to support customer expansion and evolving market demand.

Collaboration among IVA teams in the United States, France, and China has created additional opportunities to share manufacturing practices, advance automation, improve throughput, and strengthen materials research. The IVA USA Technical Center further supports the movement of solutions from evaluation into production for automotive, energy, and industrial applications.
